THE DNA FACTORY is a unique and innovative venue in the south of France that unites revolutionary 3D technology with the creative and technical minds of many experts. It is 7 workshops under one roof, each with its team of experts to take your mannequins from conception to finished prototype.
It is a relaxed and convivial space where you can come to imagine, conceive and direct the development of your future mannequin collection in just 3 days. Each stage of the development process enables you to integrate the unique DNA of your brand into your mannequins.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. casting - choose the right model that will efficiently communicate your brand DNA through her natural body language and style.

2. photoshoot - create the poses that will communicate your brand attitude.

3. 3D image capture - capture your chosen poses in 3D using our revolutionary 3D image capture facility.

4. 3D enhancement - our expert 3D sculptors transform the image captures into a fully functional mannequin.
At this stage your mannequin collection is ready in 3D file format

5. 3D milling, etching or printing - your mannequins are machined in real size.

6. prototyping - our fine arts craftsmen make the final adjustments and produce the prototype in fiberglass.

7. esthetics - choose the final esthetic touches among the thousands of materials, colours and finishes that have been sourced around the world in THE DNA FACTORY boutique.
